They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and addresses a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and environmental protection“.
Through our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, we aim to inspire our clients, colleagues and friends to join us in our work to support this initiative. To that end, AVA Firm founded and actively promotes Rumpere Impunitas and the MIST (Mexican Institute of Science and Technology), two non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with the Federal, State and Municipal governments to fight for social justice, environmental sustainability and combat poverty in Mexico and throughout the world.
AVA is a member, donor, participates on the Board through its members and amply and actively supports Rumpere Impunitas, a Civil Society Organization that is developing a high quality educational and values program so that by 2022, one million Mexican children and teenagers can have access to it, reaching 20 million by 2030, creating virtuous circles of education and values.
AVA supports and monitors institutions to ensure that those in charge of enforcing justice conduct their responsibilities properly. We do not allow abuse of power or unjustified actions that weaken our society and violate order and peace. We act in accordance to our values, aiming to set an example for our community in order to have peace and justice.
AVA has founded and supports the Mexican Institute of Science and Technology, integrated by Universities, Government and Private Companies, increasing the generation of technology in Mexico through research and development made up of scientists, entrepreneurs and inventors who otherwise wouldn’t have had such chance.
As a result of the daily work and effort made towards the achievement of certain Sustainable Development Goals such as the aforementioned, other goals get indirect support as well.
