Lomas Altas, Ciudad de México, México, C.P. 11950. , hereby informs you of this privacy notice in compliance with the information principle established in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its Regulations and other related regulations (hereinafter "the Law").

 In addition to the personal data mentioned above, we will not use personal data considered as sensitive for the purposes informed in this privacy notice; however, in the event that sensitive personal data is collected, the same will be treated by virtue of the legal relationship client / lawyer, in terms of Article 10 section IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

 

In the event that you provide us with any personal data or any sensitive personal data other than those indicated above by any means (electronic, printed, oral, business card), and which is not related to the legal relationship client / lawyer, AVA will not carry out any processing of such information and, where appropriate, will proceed to its immediate elimination from its database.

Means and procedure to exercise ARCO rights.

 

ARCO means: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition and are the rights that, by Law, can be exercised by the owner of the personal data against whoever uses such data.

 

You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and the details of the processing thereof, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or instruct us to cancel them when you consider that they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their collection or oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes.

Once we receive your request, our Privacy Department will verify that it contains the above mentioned information and, if any information is missing or requires clarification, we will contact you through the means indicated in the request within a period not exceeding five working days.

 

Our Privacy Department will contact you through the means indicated by you, to inform you whether or not your request has been accepted or rejected, within a period not exceeding five business days after we have all the information required in this section.

 

Confidentiality.

 

AVA informs you that it will use the necessary Technological Security and Protection Measures to preserve the confidentiality of all personal data it collects, such as restricted access to data only to authorized and qualified personnel, firewalls and secure connections. Such information may not be disclosed to third parties, unless authorized by the owner of the data.
